arch0 is an AI-powered software architecture assistant that helps engineers design, evaluate, and document software systems. The service generates architecture recommendations, diagrams, cost estimates, and other deliverables based on user-provided inputs.

3. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
  • Circumvent usage limits or rate limiting mechanisms
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and the deliverables generated for your projects. arch0 retains ownership of the service, its underlying technology, and the Blueprint Standard methodology.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within the first 14 days of any paid subscription.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

arch0 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Architecture recommendations, cost estimates, and compliance checks are generated by AI and should be reviewed by qualified professionals before implementation. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any output.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, arch0 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
